The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The indoor space is spacious and filled with natural light thanks to the many windows. Their strong coffee is a standout and definitely has its fan base; however, I personally found it too bitter for my taste. If you enjoy bold coffee, this place is worth a visit! The chocolate frosted donut filled with abundant custard is absolutely delicious. They also offer gluten-free Bob's Red Mill oatmeal in several flavors. Small and quaint the pizza here tho ain’t. Top notch in flavors and this is coming from someone who is very picky when it comes to cheese. The baked fettuccine is cheesy goodness that is a grand portion, and the pizza packs deliciousness in every bite. You will be needing boxes with how much you’ll get but this food reheat value is exceptional. Service is personable and accommodating. Come here for a nice Italian dinner and you won’t leave disappointed.
Love the place. Amazing good. Olives were little salty but I can ignore with the taste of amazing dishes. The meat is well cooked. Street side parking. People are friendly and help you decide on items. They have a nice happy hour everyday. We ordered different type of pasta and we were not disappointed. Drinks menu is small you get wine and beer. This was my first time but sure to visit again to try out the dishes we missed.
This is hands down the best mocha I've ever tasted. It's a fantastic coffee spot in Ballard. I've tried both the mocha and the cold brew coffee, and both were excellent! The mocha, in particular, is unique—its super creamy texture makes for an incredibly delicious drink. There's plenty of seating available, along with free Wi-Fi and charging ports, making it a nice place to work. Plus, the music is great!

My husband and I had a wonderful meal tonight! Salmon Pappardelle, Italian salad, Palermo special pizza and chocolate cannoli for dessert. Perfect sized portions and perfectly prepared. Our waitress, Marieta was sweet, attentive and a joy to talk with! We will definitely come here again the next time we are in Ballard!
The boyfriend and I were wandering around Ballard and stumbled upon this cute Italian restaurant and couldn’t have been happier. The service was super awesome and helpful on pointing out the restaurants strong dishes. Everything we got was soooo good and tasty. Will definitely be going back and so should you!
Extremely delicious and authentic seeming food with great service. I got the gluten free pizza and pasta and the pizza was incredible while the pasta was good but a bit too al dente for me. Definitely recommend this restaurant for a good hearty meal.
Palermo is a gem! Delicious old world style pizza and pastas, great salads and generously poured wines. They also have the best breakfasts in town that’s served all day.
