We had booked three weeks in advance, and got a table on the terrace with a view of the sea and the sunset. Ate a lovely three-course meal with duck and goose liver carpaccio, chateau briand and homemade tiramisu. The wine, a reasonably priced Rioca, went perfectly with the meat, which was suitably red and tender. The accompaniments were tasty and added an extra edge to the whole thing. A wonderful evening! It is strongly recommended to reserve the table in advance; the restaurant is always sold out. We were warmly greeted by the owner right at the entrance. The menu is small but authentic and everything is freshly prepared. I was very surprised by the additional offerings of the day that were not on the menu. I particularly liked the truffle soup as a starter and was thrilled. When it came to fish, I didn't get quite what I expected, but it was still OK. The desserts in particular were a real hit. We made a reservation on the terrace, the food was correct, it is true that my expectations were higher than what was received. Quality/price somewhat expensive.
