My 2nd time and the last time going back. I will miss the food especially the salad bar. When making the reservation, the reception asked if we were celebrating anything special, I said yes, it's my daughter's birthday and we are visiting from Jasper. Got there, table between the automatic patio door and a table of 8 half drunk loud patrons. That's fine, we were here for the food anyway but the surroundings had a lot to do with we stayed for less than an hour. (I bet they love that coz maximum is 2 hours) We finished dinner fast and ordered dessert, maybe our server is going to surprise us with at least put a candle on the cheesecake we ordered? Not even expecting anything for free! Nope, no...
My husband and I had gone for Sunday Brunch what a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. The service from friendly Valaria was excellent a very knowledgeable young lady and a great joy to have served us. Val was always on the go and ready to answer and serve. The food is so fresh and that being said there are a few different choices not on an ordinary salad bar. Such as a mix of olives, large roasted garlic many a selection of in house balsamic dressings and of course the usual. The meat entrées brought continuously to you by servers on a sword and you remove with the tongs as part of the place setting. Pampa's uses a disc at your place setting green means you wish for the meat...
Higher end (for me anyways) dining with continuous table delivery. This means you get your salads and sides from the salad bar then the waiters bring around numerous cuts of meat and serve you at the table as you wish. We had 15 meats to choose from and they just kept coming. Some of the best tasting meats I've had. Beef, chicken, pork, sausage, lamb. You name it they had it and all done very nicely. Also for people with food allergies all the allergies are listed in the salad bar. My Girlfriend has a Gluten allergy and no problems at all finding food to eat. Would definitely return but only occasionally as the price is quite steep. Would give 5 stars other than price.
We went to Pampa tonight (June 13) for date night. And all we can say is WOW. The food was delicious. We loved the concept of getting to try everything you wanted with no restraints, and having the food come to you was wonderful. Our server Val was amazing, knowledgable and personable with her service. Walid was also wonderful with all his recommendations of what to try next. Val also surprised us with a small dessert plate for us as we were celebrating our anniversary. All the small details and personalized service made the night spectacular. All in all, thank you for a fab night out! We will definitely be back in the future!

Sixteen meat options (including one exotic), ready to be sliced off grill skewers, were constantly on offer rodizio style. This gave the restaurant a delicious aroma. The salad bar was generous and interesting. Our server was passionate, professional and lively. Consider their entertaining digestif - with precision our server poured the sweet, viscous liquor while standing on a chair. We could have easily shared the 2oz (?) between 2 or 3 people. For the most part the desserts were of the light-and-airy, small portion variety, however the cheesecake was dense and large. This place had a special occasion feel to it.
Wow, amazing restaurant! The salad bar is definitely the best one I have ever seen. It had roasted garlic, asparagus, devilled eggs, zucchini in some kind of dressing, different kinds of bread, salad dressing and a ton of other things. You can have all the meat you want for $24.95 for lunch. They have three different kinds of beef, chicken legs, pork cubes coated with Parmesan cheese and sausage. As soon as your plate is empty they are back at your table pronto. The service is amazing! Very friendly and attentive. It is not a place I would bring younger children too.
My family and I went out to Pampa last night with high expectations. The please is great, the service is 100%. We started at the salad bar and it was fantastic. They have a Ceviche that was amazing and these cheese buns that were the best I ever had. Then they started walking around with the skewers of meat. We were all quite underwhelmed. The meats were all overcooked, there was way too much salt and the meat was dry. The star of the show should have been the star, but instead, it was the disappointment. These guys should be the rotisserie Kings, but...
I had the opportunity to try a variety of delicious Brazilian dishes at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! The service was excellent, with servers and the receptionist constantly checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. For those new to Brazilian cuisine, the server explained how the food is typically served. The location is also fantastic, situated in the heart of downtown Edmonton with underground parking available. After your meal, I recommend taking a stroll to the nearby Legislature building.

We tried here last night as part of an anniversary trip and we were in no way disappointed. Despite that fact that we were there just and hour before close we were given a ton of meat of options and we were blown away by the size of the salad bar. The server was awesome and suggested some fantastic drinks. I will return here again in a heart beat.
