My group of six went to Panahar last Wednesday evening and we were taken care of exceptionally well. The staff were very polite and gave us plenty of time to decide on our menu choices. The food was of a very high quality, perfectly cooked, and served piping hot. My dish, the Prawn Khalid, was the chef's specialty and it was so hot on its cast iron serving dish that the waiter had to remind me twice to be careful. I appreciated their attentiveness and care. The restaurant was beautifully decorated with round tables that we had requested. The whole place was spotlessly clean and they even changed our tablecloth after our main course. I visited this restaurant for the first time last week for Father's Day, and it was excellent. The waiters were attentive and provided helpful recommendations. The food was delicious, and Sam, one of the senior staff members, was very friendly and made sure the chef prepared our food to our liking. The service was fast, and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and plan to return soon.
We’ve ordered a takeaway a few times and was lovely so thought we’d dine in and it was even better. The decor is beautiful and clean inside. Food was served in beautiful dishes (wish I’d taken a photo) It’s a very traditional restaurant but I like that. Very well balanced and tasty dishes. No colourings and bursting with flavour Highly recommended!
Above average Indian good takeaway value with discounts but please.... If a customer asks for dishes Madras hot make an effort.. Last takeaway this week all the dishes had not enough heat especially the 5 or 6 dishes clearly requested to be a bit spicier
Being in the catering industry you can get very critical when going out for a meal, but I have to say this was an exception, the food was first class and the staff very friendly and efficient I would recommend this to anybody
Nice Sunday all you can eat, good selection and staff are friendly and on form, could do with labels on the selection rather than having to ask what is what but a small gripe. Overall will be back again.
Lovely tasty food, great ambience, friendly and polite staff. A relaxing atmosphere makes this a great place to spend an evening.
