Terrible customer service. Worker was abusive when asked to replace a lunch roll order that was made completely wrong. Even involved other customers by asking them if they thought the order should be replaced. After 20 minutes of yelling and refusing to replace the order it was only replaced as the other customers in the store stepped in and told her to replace the order with the correct items. Disgusting customer service will never shop there again.
The next day, I returned to express my dissatisfaction, and during our conversation, the employee stated that there was a minimum $5 requirement to use a Visa card. It appears she prefers cash payments. I would recommend avoiding this place, as the treatment of underprivileged individuals here is concerning.
My little brother was hungry and had some coins to spend, so he went to buy sausage rolls. He had a lot of coins with him, but instead of helping him count them, the lady told him to do it himself and said he shouldn't bring coins back, because "money is money." That's why I'm giving this place 1 star.

The cakes and rolls here are the best in Sydney! However, the bread is my absolute favorite. Even though I've moved quite far from the suburbs, I would go out of my way just to enjoy their bread.
the workers of panania bakery have been serving the community for 15 years. they are friendly and know their customers with names. many sorts in foods and trips are good.
Could not find the NSW corona sign in app. Asked the lady behind counter who did not know where it was as not owner. Walked out and went to bakery a few shops up.
