I ordered two catering-style pastas for an event. The tortellini were fantastic, but the eggplant ziti was just okay. While the food was good, the person who answered the phone and assisted me when I picked up my order was rather rude. I believe he was the owner. I spent over $100 on this order, and during the ordering process, I felt very rushed and received little to no friendly customer service. He was quite blunt with me. When I arrived to pick up the food, he didn't even greet me—he simply told me to pay and left it at that. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied.
They messed up our order and we called to let them know that our pizza was prepared wrong and the wings undercooked. When we called the manager refused to talk to my girlfriend because she was female, and when I was talking to him, he refused to say that he did anything wrong. And still would not talk on the phone, had the waiter relay the message to him, so we went there and got very hostile and defensive despite our proof of undercooked chicken and misprepared pizza. Will not go back and will never recommend to anyone. I will always recommend against this place.
We ordered chicken parms and salads to go, and everything was fantastic. The chicken parm was packed with cutlets—there wasn't a single bite without chicken. My shrimp Caesar salad was tasty, featuring freshly grilled shrimp that were perfectly cooked. I appreciated that the dressing was served on the side. I would absolutely stop by this Panatieri's again for a slice without any hesitation.
First time eating here. Got 2 pies, on one they put all the wrong toppings the other had a spicy marinara sauce on it... Even beside the mess ups, the pizza were awful. I don't think I've had a bad slice of pizza in New Jersey in my whole life other than the chain places like domino's but these pizzas were just about inedible they were so bad. Ordered and the wrong food was sent the woman who answered verified my order, but manager was rude and obnoxious and didn't want to resolve the issue.
The pizza here is amazing, and the service is quick and friendly! The staff is also very efficient when it comes to handling DoorDash pickups.
Great Pizza , fast friendly Service ..also fast for Door Dashers who need to get going for your order.
