We found this restaurant randomly checking the West Village map and after reading how good it was in yelp, we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. The pisco sour and the piscomojito were really good cocktails and the ceviche was excellent. The papas a la huancaina were also very good and we had a good time. The staff members were very attentive and nice and they made sure we had everything we needed. I 'll be back for sure.

We visited this restaurant because we were looking for Peruvian food . The ceviche always , I mean always it's served with Peruvian Cancha toasted dry corn) but they dont offer it . The Pisco sour was a bit bitter . It's supposed to be more on the sweet side than bitter . I must say that their quinoa chaufa was really good .
I have been to Panca on multiple occasions and the food has been great every time. For Apps, I recommend the Cebiche clasico, Anticucho and Papa a la Huancaina. Panca serves authentic, fresh Peruvian cuisine. There were of us and we ordered appetizers to share: marina causa and cebiche, both were excellent and very tasty! We then tried the Lomo saltado and the mushrooms quinoa, that were also delicious. The staff was very courteous, and prompt. We had a wonderful time!
I havent been to Panca since i went there for my birthday celebration. My boyfriend and I went back there last night and ooppps i gorgot how much the pisco sour is so good.....we always get the same food but we decided to change and we werent disappointed...my fav spot to eat a traditional peruvian ceviche...
I was at several places in panca and eating was great every time. for apps I recommend the cebiche clasico, anticucho and papa a la huancaina. I love the lomo saltado and always drink pisco sours when I go! the personal is friendly and the place is also ideal for groups. delicious food, highly recommended!
the restaurant was quite empty for a Friday night, especially for one with a bar. but we came to a late dinner because we were a few in the restaurant, the waiters were attentive and we were served immediately. we ate some of their ceviche and they were all delicious. would come back.
