Pancheros is easily one of my favorite places to eat. However, the last couple visits to this location have been giving Pancheros a bad name. A couple weeks ago, I waited for roughly 10 minutes while they made 6 to-go burritos only to get to the counter and be told they have no burritos. And just tonight, my husband and I went in at 8pm and found an almost completely packed up line. Based on these reviews, we’re lucky thé doors were even unlocked but our food was made from limited, dried up remnants. Employees move at a snails pace, no matter how busy it is. The food is usually delicious but the employees leave a bad taste. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This is my favorite restaurant and has been for awhile but when we went in today at 8:30 they were out of tofu and had the last two tortillas on the grill for employee meals. As I left an employee locked the door behind me. I understand they were closing soon but the website says they are open until 9:00 and after driving 20 minutes to get there it was disappointing to see that we wouldn’t be able to be served.
Big order, found to be missing one bowl. Also both salads had no lettuce. Was told the order was correct and there was nothing they could do. Spoke to manager who said she personally put lettuce in the salads. I have pics of no lettuce in them. Told her I didn't want a refund, just the missing bowl. She hung up on me. F$ this place. Never going there again.
I will choose pancheros over chipotle any day... Better ingredients, real queso blanco, and something I think goes unnoticed but they mix up the ingredients in your burrito!! You have no idea how much better a burrito is when it's mixed together instead of taking huge bites of sour cream or whatever. More pancheros locations please! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Came here to order the doors were locked. I could see the employees inside. They made eye contact but never came to unlock the door. An explanation would be nice as it was 11:15a and the sign states they are open from 10:30a-9:00pm.
This place is not very professional the manager Erica is very rude a and they don't care about the customers will never come back and anyone I know better not go there as well. They need new staff at this location

11:30am and EVERY table in the place was dirty. Turned around and left disappointed having not tried their food.
