Their website's menu says there are 8 wontons in an order. We got 7 and when we called to say they shorted us, they tried to argue the menu we had must be out of date. IT'S ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT'S THEIR JOB TO HONOR WHAT'S LISTED UNTIL THEY GET AROUND TO CHANGING IT. If they want to shrinkflat, that sucks but it's their call... but not honoring their own menu (or mentioning that it's not as listed either when ordering or at pickup) is shady business and we won't order from them again on principle alone.
I have to be honest – I was really hungry and thought I’d give this place another shot, but it wasn’t worth it. The food was so disappointing that it made me nostalgic for the good meals I used to have as a teenager. The rice was hard and flavorless, and the egg roll had a color that definitely doesn’t occur in nature. I’m giving one star for the crab Rangoon, but honestly, I’ve never met a crab Rangoon I didn’t like. Panda Kitchen, you really need to step up your game because this isn’t acceptable.
Order food off Uber eats , food was still hot when we got it , but that's as far as it goes , food was so greasy like the fries were literally translucent they were soaked in so much oil, even the fried rice , all you could taste was grease. We asked for them to add an egg to the fried rice and they didn't . No tartar sauce for the scallops . Couldn't even get through any of the meals . Extremely disappointing. The first and last time we will ever order food here .
How disgusting. General tso chicken is supposed to be crispy and sauce one each piece. They have old chicken and dry pork fried rice with no pork in it. What does it taste like? It tastes how it would if you put it in the fridge and reheated it on the 2nd day. Smh not ok. Dumplings were fine and eggroll is fine. I'm disappointed because this is the 2nd item that I've gotten that was horrible, this and bourbon chicken smh.

I couldn't place an order. When I called, I was directed to an answering system that asked for a remote access code. I've always enjoyed their great food and excellent delivery service. They should consider hiring someone just to handle phone orders.
This place is absolutely despicable. I went there in person to pick up a small white rice and was charged $6. I left the restaurant called over the phone to get the price for small white rice and was told the price is $2.50
Food was not good , very greasy , overcooked and taste old , the fried rice had a funny smell. Spent 40 dollars on food and couldn't bare to eat even 10 percent of it !
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend checking it out.

Food is really disgusting. I Ubereats boneless spareribs combo and everything was nasty. Wish I could get a refund.
Staff was very nice and the young lady in the front was very friendly and kind.
