The quality of their food got a lot worse within the last few years. I thought I'd order some again since the last time I ordered from them a few years ago was good but now the food is just bad. The fried rice is hard/undercooked, the noodles were really salty just looking at it you can tell there was way too much soy sauce with how dark they were. The honey garlic chicken is extremely hard chewy basically not edible (I wouldn't be surprised if someone broke a tooth bitting into a piece). I ordered sweat and sour chicken and I recieved these tiny things almost looking like chicken balls but all flour the size of a toonie and a side of sweet and sour sauce and even that tasted as if it was go...
I called and asked why my order of general Tao had so much broccoli, it was a simple order of general Tao chicken for $15 and a side of rice I understand a garnish added on but they put huge pieces of broccoli and half chicken so it seemed unfair, I called and asked about it and the employee right away tells me word for word “it’s not her problem she shows up to work and isn’t there to argue “ I replied I’m not arguing I’m wondering if there’s a mistake with my order I’ve never ordered from here before she tells me then we’ll what do I want her to do... she shows up to work to work and not argue.... I couldn’t believe how she acted so I just hung up
The restaurant serves delicious food, however, they consistently make mistakes. There are often missing condiments or ingredients, or even completely different dishes served. For example, today I ordered burritos but received poke bowls instead, which I realized after returning home. When I went back to have it replaced, I received minimal apologies and no compensation for the inconvenience. They did not offer to keep the wrong item or provide a discount code, acting as though wasting a customer's time is acceptable.
I got take out from here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. I gotta say that for the price and speed, it's really good.The Sushi is better priced and better taste than your typical grocery store sushi.Just call ahead before driving to the place for pickup. It's usually ready when you get there (10-15mins).Parking: When exiting the parking lot go around the back, towards the traffic lights, because there's usually traffic at the main entrance/exit.

I had the Hawaiian poke bowl. It was very tasty and fresh. I really enjoyed the purple rice. The staff were very efficient and nice. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by this place and will return. I usually go next door to the burrito place and was hesitant to try because it was always empty; but I love poke bowls and glad I gave it a shot! ?
Ordered over skip the dishes and the restaurant forgot the main dishes of the order and when we called to get a refund or a driver to bring us the food that we ordered and PAID for, they said too bad. Our whole order was even on the receipt, they just forgot and wouldn’t try to fix their mistake Poor customer service.
I bought a $61 dollar meal for four. It was edible, but the flavor was bland. The meat was cooked well but tasted almost plain. For a restaurants the chicken chopped suey was horrible. It was so bad for a restaurant a homeless man would think about trashing the whole dish.
The food at this restaurant is amazing! My favorite dish is the poke bowl, which is prepared perfectly with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it, 10 out of 10.
