This is a mixed review. I visited the Panda Express in Baldwin Park on Saturday night, October 22nd, around 9 PM. When I started to place my order, I asked for a few items, including walnut shrimp, chow mein, and rangoons. The associate informed me that they were out of these items. Surprised, I changed my order to fried rice.
However, when I got to the payment window, I noticed an employee named Ashley was putting some walnut shrimp into a box. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar, and the food didn't fare any better. The fried rice was clumpy and flavorless, more like plain white rice. The presentation left much to be desired, and the overall service was inadequate. On top of that, the soda selection was unsatisfactory; there was no ice, and the drinks were warm. Overall, I won’t be coming back to this place. It was truly a bad experience.
On a positive note, I want to shine a spotlight on a small business in Rosemead that truly deserves our support. The food at JTYH Chinese Food Restaurant is not only delicious but also authentic—quite the opposite of the overpriced and mediocre options at chain places like Panda Express. If you’re in search of some of the best food around, I highly recommend trying JTYH!

I ordered the apple-filled egg roll, but instead of the usual sugar and cinnamon topping, I got a salted cinnamon one. It tasted terrible! I'm not sure if this was intentional or just an error, but they really need to be more attentive to their food preparation.
literally every single thing in my order was wrong. they were also out of soooo many things, i had to replace everything i wanted for something else just for them to give me my order COMPLETELY wrong. and to make it worst, i got food poisoning!
Worst panda ever! Go to a different one, trust me. Whether you order delivery or drive thru they always mess up and forget things. From items to sauce. They deserve minimum wage.
The prices need to be lower, and there should be less noodles served, as it resulted in a lot of waste. The food also wasn't hot enough. It was too cold inside to enjoy the meal.
