NGL this is the fastest moving fast food restaurant I?ve ever been to. I go and *bam* I?m out, it?s seriously that quick especially the drive thru. The best time to go is when there are no other customers around, right before lunch or after it, I just go *swoosh* out the door. And I?ve got to give them this one, everyone is so open and warm, unlike the panda at Mall 205, I asked for a little more they are more than happy to do so. It?s really something. A lot of their employees are so full of energy even though I am sure they are totally exhausted from standing all day, but you just see employee darting here and there. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to study one of the laziest workforces in America. Been 6 times, left twice after waiting 20 mins. Walked in today and watched a women wait 8 minutes to pay after her food order was complete. There was 7 people in line in front of me, walked out after 22 mins. Most times I go in they don’t have some menu basics like fried rice available unless you wait longer. If the workforce was actually working and it took this long I would understand, but they don’t care. I watched one guy spend 2 minutes walking around opening the flap on a small take out box. I have been coming to this panda since they opened, getting kids meals every time. Tonight, in BOTH of my kids meals, they put 4 (yes four) peices of honey sesame chicken, which had 1 wrinkly green bean, and 1 yellow pepper in each. NEVER HAVE WE EVER GOTTEN SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT. I called, the gentleman was nice, told me to bring my receipt and he would replace it....so I did. The lady that helped me once I got back, was super rude. Finally the guy I spoke with came out and made it right. Unfortunately, the lady's attitude and quality of food, made me not want to go back. Very dissatisfied. I order a plate, chow with double teriyaki chicken. I ask for extra sauce. Pull up to the drive-through. The young woman looks like she's struggling. When she gives me my change, she hands it in a way where the coins just fall to the ground, and I get an unsympathetic apology. What really bothers me was that her mouth was doing a rapid motion like someone on amphetamines would do. In my opinion, she was high on some tweak....Did I get my extra sauce...nope. Instead, I got grilled chicken with practically no teriyaki sauce. Very upsetting. Pay attention to who you are hiring. Pay attention to your employees and make sure they aren't high on something. Tonight, I chose to go back to Panda Express, only to see a sign indicating that the lobby was closed and directing customers to use the drive-thru. I thought that was acceptable, so I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. I ended up waiting for 25 minutes, which wasn't too much of an issue. However, during my wait, they reopened the lobby and managed to serve three customers while I was still waiting to place my order at the drive-thru. The management really needs to improve by either ensuring their staff is available for full shifts or by limiting online orders to provide better customer service.
I ordered this past Sunday for the first time every trying panda express. I ordered a large plate with broccoli and beef and chow mein. The food didn't necessarily taste bad but I quite literally had no beef. When I got home I had plenty of chow mein but the beef broccoli they gave me was just all broccoli with leftover pieces of beef not even enough for a couple bites. It didn't help either that the broccoli tasted raw like it wasn't even steam cooked like it was just sitting in water. Overall disappointed to pay over $12 to not even get any meat with my food for my family. I won't be back.
We walked inside to order out and was greeted by the staff. Service was perfect and we felt welcomed. We were in and out less than three minutes. And the food was done well. The store was nice and clean, I think the happy valley location is the best one so far. I recommend this location for the fast and great experience ??.
It’s always a half hour wait in the drive through during dinner rush, not sure if this is a staffing problem or what but it’s very annoying. Not faster to go inside, so at least they do everything in the order they come in but still, frustrating.Never had a disappointing meal though, just not worth the wait. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food is mostly well made, service is reasonable, given the volume. Shout out to Freedom and Chris, Freedom is always so kind and respectful. Met Chris for the first time today, charismatic and personable.
