Check your food before leaving. I ordered 5 plates of teriyaki, and chicken was undercooked. Asked the manager for a refund and Manager stated he could not give me back my money but would give me credit instead. I came back once to use part of my credit. Went back to use the rest of my credit and were denying me the rest of my credit. I showed the manager my receipt when i used part of my credit) and the receipt for the 5 plates I returned. Manager stated I used all my credit and would not give me my remaining balance $16.32) what 's worse is that manager stated that I had to use all the store credit. This is by far the worst Panda Express I’ve ever visited. They take your order before you even reach the front, but it doesn’t speed things up since you still have to wait in line, and the same person serves the food. It feels pointless and like they’re trying to avoid engaging with customers. The portion sizes are tiny—they even remove food from the plate to make it look decent. They didn’t have the newest menu item available, despite it being heavily advertised throughout the restaurant. The cashier, a woman named Anabel (as noted at the counter), was the worst part of the experience—extremely rude, with a sour expression and terrible attitude. The staff at Panda Express need better training. The employee who served my mother was rude and dismissive. No one deserves to be treated that way. I gave my mother a Panda gift card, but when she tried to use it, the card didn’t indicate that there was no balance, and the employee didn’t seem to care about her concerns. The card was given to her just last night. My mother ended up having to speak with the manager.

I thought the prices were steep for such small portions, and the flavors were indistinct—I couldn’t tell if I was eating chicken or beef. The rice tasted burnt, and the noodles were rubbery. They even count the pieces they serve and don’t include soy sauce or forks with the order. The only good points were their closing hours and the cleanliness, which is why I’m giving two stars. A floor manager on shift took a plate that had been returned and put it back into the food trays, then served it to another customer. When I brought this to her attention, she simply said, "I know." Who even gave her a food service permit? Absolutely unacceptable. Big NO...NO.

The restaurant doesn't open on time, and the customer service is lacking. The woman at the register was unhelpful and very rude to the two customers ahead of me. While the place is very clean, I would not recommend this location.

The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. Although it was extremely busy and I had to wait in line for 20 minutes, the Panda Express staff handled everything well. I will definitely come back.

This is probably one of the worst Panda Express locations. There appears to be a lack of quality control, and the food had a burnt taste.
