We came in an hour after opening and it wasn’t very busy. Only one person ahead of us and they almost messed up his order too. I ordered orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. For our other plate, it had the broccoli beef so we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. I wish they let us know there was a wait for it before they rung us up. Eventually, they give us our plates and we go. Neither of our plates have the honey walnut shrimp, yet we got charged for the premium price
I dine at this restaurant weekly, and the staff usually exhibit great politeness. However, today, the server was quite rude. When I inquired about my drink, he gave me a dismissive look and insisted that I hadn’t ordered it. I clarified that I had indeed said yes, but he continued to argue with me. He also seemed uninterested in his work and was on his phone, which is unprofessional. I hope Panda can improve in this area. This incident occurred on 12/08/23 at 2:30 p.m.
I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. The manager on duty, Herald, was incredibly rude. I noticed he was serving food right after using his phone without washing his hands. When I brought it up and asked if he wasn’t going to wash his hands, he claimed he had just done so, even though I just saw him put his phone in his pocket and go back to serving. The whole encounter was unpleasant. Panda, you need to do better.

Well, I never get a truly good meal at this place because they never cook the food completely, String Beans in the string bean chicken were not cooked, raw beans is what we got.

We got there before closing, therefore there wasn't the variety that they have at all times, but the food was great as always.
