I visit this restaurant occasionally, and I had a negative encounter with the manager during my last visit. She was quite rude, and I've heard troubling things about her behavior, including allegations of racism and harassment. Her personality and demeanor seemed quite paranoid and overly critical of customers she doesn't like. In fact, she confided in me that she hated her job and wished she could find a better one.
When I asked for a refund after discovering four different colored strands of hair in my food, she refused to accommodate my request. Moreover, I noticed that she pays a homeless man to sit outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Came w/friends before outdoor music show at Seminole Mall, wow whatta place! Great food all around, huge servings, excellent staff from cooks to servers. Ours was Jesse, sweet guy very fast. Had orange chicken honey sesame chicken, loved 'em both. Friends had the same w/huge sides of rice veggies. Line was fairly long but moved really fast, so happy they had good business. We 've gone to them in LA somewhere in FL, 1st time this location, SO convenient. :D
Really poor experience at this location. We spent over $24 and the manager would not be flexible on our survey coupon. Every excuse was Company policy. He does not value his customers. The staff member could not answer questions about the food she was serving.
The food was quite inconsistent. The portions of protein were quite small. The orange chicken had a lemony flavor instead of the expected orange taste. Additionally, the chow mein noodles were undercooked.

Foos was good, prices have gone way up and the restaurant sitting area was very dirty. I don't remember seeing a manager at all. Staff seemed to careless about the dining room.
Half a star for answering da fone but the service was bad I am a Chinese citizen and I wanted egg roll but my mommy did not clap my cheeks in time they hung up on
Skinny Spanish girl has an attitude, if you work in the service industry learn some hospitality!
It’s a great fast food restaurant for Chinese cuisine. I really enjoyed the teriyaki sauce.
