I NEVER have a bad experience at this location. But today was enough of a one off to make me leave a review about it. They had a line out the door of which we all waited through. Just for them to stop preparing orders and stick to only online orders and DoorDash, once it was our turn, we got significantly less of a portion size than what we just watched them all fill for online orders. The manager didn’t know if the coupon on the app was going to work or not for a dollar appetizer when you spend $10 and more he said you just have to wait to find out at the register, like I’m not gonna order it and then wait to find out and then it doesn’t work and then I’m not gonna buy it and I’m gonna leav...
I came to pick up an order that was already ready. Yet I wait in the lobby for another 10 minutes before Lizzy came back to give me my order. It was already ready yet it was not sitting out. I put the items down and my son needed to use it. They refuse to let him in, I also went back and the female in the lobby refused to speak with me despite me just being inside. The lady behind the counter waved me off and told her to not entertain me. I will not be shopping here again. It’s just common courtesy and decency. Not to mention we were delayed because of them
This was the worst customer service. I ever received when I went to through the drive through. You charge me the wrong amount. And told me that they cannot refund my money. And to come back and to fix it by replacing one meal . two weeks I went back in say that. They have no knowledge. With my proof of my recipt. Of course just like all the young people they dint care . I cant believe we are paying these people 20.00 an hour .
The food that I had delivered to me was trash. The food tasted like it had been sitting for hours. I couldn't even eat it! Usually this location is decent, I'm not sure what happened today. I was highly disappointed and I am not sure if I will be ordering from this location again. My daughter and I were looking forward to having lunch from here . Fried rice so many grains uncooked, ordered chicken egg roll uncooked inside. Mushrooms chicken horrible will never again visit this or any Panda express
Very Very Small Portion of Food Not Worth for My Money! Food that I Ordered was Not All That Great! Never Will Going Back Again!
Service was good but food tasted old and the overall quality was not good. Would not recommend this location.
