When I arrived, one of the items was still being cooked, and I was told it would take another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, the staff had already packed the other items. After waiting an additional 20 minutes in the store, I inquired for an update and was informed it would be another 10-15 minutes. I requested if they could repackage the food since it would likely cool down during the journey home. I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express. Every time I've placed a pick-up order, something has gone wrong. Once, they mistakenly gave my order to someone else, which made me wait an additional 15 minutes. Another time, I showed up just 5 minutes late, and my order hadn’t even been started, leading to another 15-minute wait. Today was the final straw; I arrived 5 minutes late again, and my order was still not started. The lack of an apology or any form of compensation for their mistakes highlights their poor customer service and operations. While the food is decent, I can’t recommend this place.
We can’t get enough of the tastings! Our dinner experience was enhanced by excellent service. The cost per person was between $50 and $100. The food was simply outstanding, earning a perfect rating of 5. The service also impressed us, receiving a top score of 5. The atmosphere was enjoyable, rated at 4. We highly recommend trying the Cream Cheese Rangoon, Mushroom Chicken, Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Rice, and The Original Orange Chicken.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and won't be returning. I was particularly disappointed to find out they do not serve pork. The chow mein was overcooked, and instead of the promised beef with broccoli, I was only served broccoli. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.
