I ordered the lunch special, General Tso's chicken, and I was a bit disappointed that it lacked spice; it was actually quite sweet. The flavor was great, though, so I'm willing to give them another chance. It seems like I might have either received the wrong sauce or their take on General Tso's is different from what I'm used to.
The General Tso's chicken was cooked perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice for my taste. It was served with a side of freshly steamed broccoli and delicious white rice. We also enjoyed a spring roll, splitting the order between the two of us. Overall, it was a great lunch experience.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for many years. The food, service, and atmosphere in Sebring are all very welcoming. Despite a change in ownership, the quality has remained consistent.
