Panera Schaumburg on N Meacham, it was our first time at this location, as we normally eat at the Arlingtin Heights location which we love.I don't like leaving bad reviews, but i feel i have no choice since i rely on them so much when deciding where to go, what to buy. Panera Schaumburg we'll NEVER return to again. Our orders were missing items, the fountain drink area was very dirty, and it was difficult to get anyone's attention at the pick-up station to fix their mistakes. Also, every person after us had mistakes with their orders too! Panera (not just this location) has really made a huge mistake with their new fully automated ordering system. I just ordered a muffin and sat 10 minutes waiting for it while their kitchen prepared all the full drive thru customers. Frustrating when you can see an employee behind the counter that can just reach over 1 foot , toss it in a bag, and hand it to you. Yet you have to wait for kitchen prep . Won 't be doing Panera anymore.
I love Panera. It's always good where ever we go. The night we went here they were out of pizza crust. The employee looked so sad when he told us. I imagine him getting yelled at all day. They were out of other things as well. We made the best of it. The new Thai soup is excellent. Please don't treat these poor employees bad. It's not their fault if an item is not available.
excellent food, one of the local restaurants where it's hard to choose what to have due to their being so many good options. this location also has fantastic staff, I had an excellent interaction today where an employee went out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I frequently dine at this restaurant, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The manager, Gianna, always ensures that my order is perfect, which I truly appreciate. It's these little details that set this place apart from the competition. Panera offers great food at a reasonable price, and I will definitely continue to eat here.
Good bakery with a nice selection of different breads and croissants, good coffee and polite staff. A little bit pricey but the quality is really good. The place is clean and with a nice atmosphere, WiFi and confortable seats.
Overall, it was a decent experience. The grilled cheese sandwich could have been toasted a bit more, but the food was enjoyable. The restaurant appeared clean, and the customers seemed quite happy.
This restaurant has a cozy ambiance and a relaxing atmosphere—perfect for a lovely Friday breakfast. I enjoyed the chicken soup and margherita pizza, both of which were delightful.
