I have OUTSTANDING service when I did homework in this panera. I have the most help I've ever got while I'm doing homework and just eat a SOUL TAKING bagel and butter. The bagel was made with love and joy because it tasted just as much as the 1638 recipe of my granny nanny. The man who picked up this very fine bagel slipped in his hand with the bagel when he gave it to me. He even filled my water several times with ease and empathy. I ordered about 4 or 5 times with the iPhone app about 10 minutes before arrival. Everything so far was right. (and I get a freebie once)
Seems like dirty place, paper on the floor inside and outside, speed of service is not bad and staff is polite what is good.
