I've been trying to get breakfast at this place since I work in the same mini-mall, but I've had a lot of issues with my orders. Today, after waiting about 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, I ended up asking for a refund because I noticed other customers behind me receiving their orders. It feels like the older lady who prepares the food prioritizes serving her friends who sit around all day instead of fulfilling orders. It's frustrating!
All Panera locations offer a similar dining experience, so what sets one apart from the others is the staff, the cleanliness, and the quality of service. Unfortunately, this particular location fell short. The staff didn’t seem to care enough to acknowledge their names or pronounce them correctly, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was an issue with a spoon that didn't meet expectations. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.
Today, the service was outstanding! The person who took my order at the drive-thru was incredibly helpful, and the woman who handed it to me was very courteous. Quality customer service can be rare these days, so it was truly refreshing to visit a place where the staff has such positive attitudes.
I don't usually eat here, but their hazelnut coffee is the best. It's a great place to study, have meetings (for those organizations who can't afford to lease office space) and catch up with a friend. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Don't know what us going on with this location, my last 3 delivery orders have arrived incomplete from Panera even when the ticket is noting everything should be in the bag, super disapointed.
The food was absolutely delicious, and there was hardly any wait. I ordered half of a Mediterranean veggie sandwich along with a cream of chicken and wild rice soup. I highly recommend it!
