The food and drinks are quite good, but I've noticed that the portion sizes have shrunk while prices have gone up. The ambiance is pleasant, and the staff is outstanding. However, they no longer offer table service for food. You can enjoy free refills on non-specialty drinks. Utilizing the rewards program can help you save a bit of money. That said, it appears that the Unlimited Sips program now has some limitations on the number of sips you can have.
I ordered a whole chicken sandwich for $12, but it arrived on a hamburger bun. The $6 soup was only filled halfway. After spending $20, I'm still hungry. The chicken sandwich didn't include any tomato, onion, or pickles, and the bread was subpar as well.
I'm disappointed that there aren't enough options for unsweetened drinks. You used to have a nice variety of flavored, freshly brewed teas without sugar, but now the selection seems quite limited.
