I went in loving the food and walked out hating this fricking place and now I can 't even think of going back without getting even more frustrated. I went in for one bread and one muffin, and it took just a bit over 20 minutes for them to let me know that they didn 't have the bread, and to just get me my single muffin and then wait for the manager for the refund that by that point I was ready to just take the loss. I do not mind that they were out of my bread and I wouldn 't have cared if I didn 't think anything could have been done, but when I can see how every fricking employee is competing for slowest zombie walk while I 'm waiting forever for a single muffin that is when I get super up...
I picked up some bread yesterday, and it looked like it had been dropped and then hastily stuffed into a plastic bag. It was a real mess, with pieces broken and twisted. I returned it today to speak with the manager, who simply apologized and offered me a new loaf along with a coupon for a "pick 2" meal. I was taken aback that they couldn't even provide what I originally ordered, especially considering I spent over $16. It's hard to believe they would allow such a subpar product to go out in a drive-thru order. I guess I need to start checking my bag before driving off from now on. Plus, I usually tip them before I leave.
I was really disappointed to find that they were out of bread. I couldn't order any of their sandwiches or bread bowls tonight since they had run out of both bread and baguettes. It's hard to believe a business would be out of so many essentials just hours before closing time.
I’ll say this, the employees here are the stars of the show. All of Panera’s food is just bland, with small portions that are overly expensive. Everything they make you can make at home for cheaper and much better, and it would probably take almost the same amount of time.

I absolutely love Panera and the staff are amazing there however I was a touch disappointed with their hot tea specifically the green one. Is was hardly Luke warm basically cold but other than that everything is super
The food atmosphere is always good. The only reason I gave 3 stars for the service is bc no one is actually waiting on me. You do the service yourself. But as far as anything else, the staff is friendly and nice.
Used to be really good. Last 6 orders either wrong, short, late or out of what was ordered. No longer a customer.
Had a rotten coffee one time.I've gone there a lot since and haven't experienced it again.
