Serious customer service from the guy and girl taking out! I ordered several items for picking up for my employees and I on 9/2 in the early afternoon. I came and picked up my food, came to my car, opened the bag to make sure everything was in there, and I miss a product of mine they pick 2 . I told the guy that my grilled cheese was not in the bag. they insisted that it was in a separate pocket in the order. So I went back to my car to check. not yet in the bag. I went back, told them it was definitely missed. the guy looked at me as if I was lying and gave me a job. food quality was moderate. the personal was not particularly good. the lady who took our order was in order, but the man behind the counter was rude. my mother was with me and went to the counter to ask for another piece of bread, but never really to ask because she was ignored for a few minutes before she gave up. I keep trying with this Panera location because I work in the mall and live so close but the only thing that?s consistent there is the poor quality of food. Sandwiches with hardly anything on them, separated, watery soup, stale bread, flat soda, rotten avocados and spinach, etc. I have loved Panera since I lived in St. Louis 10 years ago where it all started, but it?s getting harder and harder to keep coming back.
