I’m sharing my thoughts based on several recent experiences. As someone with a disability, my food choices are somewhat limited, and I do enjoy Panera. However, I believe they need to either improve the quality of their sandwiches or lower their prices so that the value matches what customers are paying. I opted for the Pick 2 option, and I must say, it was incredibly tasty. I hadn't been to Panera in a long time, and their menu is so varied that you're bound to find something you love, no matter the combination. I'm a big fan of the broccoli cheddar soup, and it was fantastic alongside the chipotle avocado sandwich. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning soon!
I ordered the Southwest chicken ranch salad along with a refreshing lemonade at this restaurant. While it was decent, I was disappointed by the small amount of chicken included in the salad. On the positive side, the salad itself was fresh. However, I felt the prices were a bit steep given the portion size. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff was courteous and professional.
The soup is average, but served lukewarm. I found the chicken sandwich to be quite disappointing and wouldn't recommend it. The flatbread is alright, with a generous serving for one person. Overall, the prices feel too high for the quality of the food. On a positive note, the yuzu citrus tea is enjoyable! Food rating: 2/5.

This was likely the worst experience I've had at Panera. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't put your drink on the rapid pickup shelf? Shouldn't they have a designated register for that? Why not leave the drinks out like other Panera locations do? The food was good, though: 4/5.
I had a rather disappointing experience today. I waited 30 minutes for my soup, and they forgot my lemonade. When the soup finally arrived, it was quite cold. When I requested Kevin to warm it up, he told me it wasn’t his problem. This is really poor customer service.
I returned to this restaurant for the first time in a few years and ordered a caramel latte along with a custom Mediterranean sandwich. Both were quite delicious and far superior to the other location on Staten Island.
The restaurant serves fresh ingredients and tasty salads. Brenda, the manager, was phenomenal and provided excellent customer service! A+!
