Pretty inefficient. When you place an order for rapid pickup through the app, they mark it as ready, but when you get there the shelf is empty. You have to wait in line which can take 5-10 minutes, explain that you placed an order through the app to the cashier and then they will get you your coffee cup. They 've also run out of coffee by 8 am numerous times and are slow to refill the tanks. This isn 't a one off... It 's happened to me every day for the past 4 weeks with the unlimited sip club.
I placed a to-go drink order—just a single drink—and waited for 15 minutes. There were only five other people in the entire establishment, yet the service was incredibly slow. The manager was sitting around chatting, and one of the employees was lounging across some chairs. Meanwhile, I was left standing there waiting for my drink. This was the slowest service I've ever experienced, and the employees seemed extremely unmotivated.
Food has always been great here, but just ordered a caesar salad with chicken to go today. Got back to the office and half way through it i bite down on something hard. A STAPLE, in my salad. Thank god i didn't swallow it. Called the restaurant to report it so that they could check their lettuce and was told that they don't have any staples around that area. Well one ended up in my salad. Won't be visiting there again.
Placed an online order and came for pickup. Was early morning so there wasn't a wait. Service was friendly and my order was ready fresh. The bagels are a bit larger than expected and quite delicious. So was their Brioche breakfast sandwich. Interior and exterior was clean and well kept, great job! A bit tricky to drive out of from the dip on the sidewalk, but was a great visit. I'll be coming again.

I have always enjoyed my meals at Panera but talk about ridiculous pricing. I had lunch there today and ordered my standard half sandwich and half salad. I used to pay about $13 with a drink. Today it was over $17 for a half of sandwich which was mostly bread and a small salad with 2 oz of chicken. Come on, lets not use supply chain issues for a 25% increase in cost. It was tasty but not $17 tasty.
Only coming for drinks now. If there's a need to give me burnt soup and an old salad, you should really think if anyone is okay eating something that could possibly be expired/bad. Probably would've noticed the mediocre preparation if I didn't have a to-go order, but they have too much leeway with rapid pickup.
I ordered the southwest sourdough melt along with a salad. Both dishes were good, but the melt was absolutely delicious. However, the customer service could have been improved, and the condition of the bathroom was quite terrible. It almost made me reconsider eating here.
Ordered a bread bowl and a $6 smoothie to go.The bread bowl came with barley any soup. The soup cup was small and only half filled. The bread bowl didnt even have the hole cut it in I just got a loaf of bread. The smoothie despite being $6 was smaller than my

The food is delicious, and the staff is fantastic. Every visit is truly a delightful experience.
Bad day at Panera today.no coffee,no hot water, very bad service. Don't think I'll be back.
