I would like to share my thoughts on this restaurant, especially in light of the recent negative reviews. First, I want to address the presence of the rainbow flag at the establishment. Showing support for a particular group doesn’t exclude others; it’s a positive statement for those who may have faced discrimination in the past. Secondly, I typically shy away from drive-throughs at most places because I find I end up waiting longer than I would if I ordered in person. Was disappointed that they were out the good bread choices. Looked like there was no bread in the display area at all. May have been due to a huge winter storm. Nice dining area. Excellent tasting French Onion Soup. However, it lacked cheese and should have been topped with a baguette, cheese, and broiled instead of a scattering of croutons. Was also served in far to large of a bowl. Steak and White Cheddar Sandwich was delicious with ample tender steak and gooey cheese. My Bacon and Turkey Bravo Sandwich suffered from a minimal amount of bacon and a tough outer crust. Both sandwiches had the meat folded and placed in the middle. I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was already pricey, and now they're asking for tips when they didn't before. I don't agree with that policy. I ordered my meal myself and felt like I was doing more work, so I chose not to tip. When I asked which bag was mine on the counter, the staff member was quite condescending about the names on the receipts. To top it off, the avocado in my salad was completely rotten, and I ended up throwing out half of it because it was mostly made up of stalks. I won’t be returning. Whether I was treated poorly for not tipping or the service was genuinely that subpar, I know I can find much better meals for $14 elsewhere.
I asked for chicken wild rice soup but received a chicken noodle with rice soup instead. It was very thin and bland. I am confused as to why I received something different than what I ordered, and was charged for chicken and wild rice soup. I also attempted to call the restaurant, but the phone rang continuously without anyone answering, and eventually hung up on its own. I believe part of good customer service should include having a voicemail option so that a manager or someone can return calls at a more convenient time. This lack of service is disappointing, as I have never had any issues with this Panera location before. It is unfortunate that I have to say this today.

I really enjoy the sandwiches at Panera, especially the Chicken Chipotle Avocado Melt, which is my favorite. I just wish they were a bit larger. My second favorite is the Bacon Turkey Bravo. I ordered half of each sandwich, and they both tasted fantastic. The only downside was that my Bravo was missing the signature sauce, which made it not quite as good as usual. While the prices are somewhat high, it feels like that’s the case everywhere these days. The food is delicious, though, and I was able to get in and out quickly.
I ordered a simple bagel and coffee for a quick pickup through the app. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw my order waiting, so I just picked it up and left. However, when I got to work and opened the bag, I found yogurt inside instead of the bagel I had ordered. I was disappointed and couldn’t figure out how to report the mistake to the restaurant through the app. This reflects a flaw in the corporate design.
Flatbread pizza was great. Restaurant seemed understaffed as nobody was working the lobby to clear and clean tables the entire 30+ minutes i was there. Customers had to do it themselves prior to eating as there were no clean tables Please people carry your dishes to the designated area when you leave.
They never called to tell me they ran out of bread bowls and I put online for utensils and never got those either.. so what I got was 6 big baguettes(hard bread) and a small soup... thanks for taking my money won't be coming back here again!

The avocado on their sandwiches is never ripe. I've ordered the chipotle avocado sandwich multiple times, and each time the avocado is unripe. It seems they boil the avocado to make it appear ripe, but it never really is.
Brought our family of 6 and the food was amazing as usual. It was a fundraiser night so it was very very busy, but the staff did a fantastic job and handled everything really well.
