I didn't know half a sandwich meant you got half the food in your sandwich it was pretty pitiful. I ordered an Italian sandwich, i didn't expected it to be toasted since it says just (Available Hot) under its listing on the menu, hen there was hardly any meat in the sandwich. On the positive note; My wife was happy with her sandwich and soup and my kids always love the mac and cheese and grilled cheese (which truly are quite good)

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera location in Norwalk. The staff were quite rude and displayed some inappropriate behavior. I felt rushed while placing my order at the counter, and the mac and cheese I received was cold, served by an employee named Crystal. I've consistently had a great experience at this Panera Bread location. The staff, both in the front and back, are efficient and friendly. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The food is delicious, and all the salad ingredients taste fresh. The prices are affordable as well. I will definitely be back!
