new in the opposite since juli 21, apologise late post! this panera 99.9% of the time, is 10 stars! to far the best panera I was already there, and I have been there for 15 years! one of the manager, shelly is excellent! very good customer service, it is always very courteous and more than willing to fix everything that appears. the journey was again a sweat when I say 99.9% of the time, again, are the best! always so friendly, friendly, real! total quality and customer service. there is another manager who is always nice! Do not remember the names. only overall this olympia panera super friendly and fresh eating and coffee?
I have visited Panera several times, mostly through the drive-thru, and almost every time I have had a good experience. However, this time I decided to dine in and was disappointed by the condition of the restaurant. There were many dirty tables and trash on the floor. Despite this, the food was delicious and the staff was attentive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, considering it was afternoon, but when I checked my watch it was already 4pm. Overall, the food and service were good, but the appearance of the restaurant was lacking.
I do love this Panera Bread, and go for breakfast occasionally on my random trips. The food is good and nicely plated, and the service is good. The employees seem happy and well team based. I usually get the Margarita Pizza with sausage added, or the Turkey sandwich. They have a nice selection of teas,smoothies, coffee, and fountain drinks. I do feel some of the cookies served here could be marked down a bit, but theres a decent selection of cookies, pastries, breads, and other items.

If I could choose no stars this would be the place for it. Worst service possibly in the world. Ordered the new spicy chicken that has been advertised. Came out cold, no sauce, no pickles. Asked the manager to heat it up and he told me it’s supposed to be cold. lol definitely not. Then asked for the toppings that are supposed to be on it, had an attitude because I wanted what I ordered. Will never be back
I got cheese quiche.. blueberry muffins.. cranberry muffins.. pumpkin muffins..and I got it for my dentist and everybody there.. They just Love It.!!! They said the quiche was amazing and so were the muffins.!!! The people there..Were So Helpful and Kind.!! Helping me with my order..I Love coming here cuz they make me feel So at Home..Thank You All So Much.!! This is My Favorite Place.!!! Terry N...

Came here on a rainy Saturday for some comfort food. Ordered a Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken and a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich. Never thought apple chips and pecans could taste so good in a salad! Food was made pretty fast and everything tasted great! I felt like the sandwich could have used more filling, it felt a little emptier than their online menu pictures show.

Good grief, there was nothing in my salad except lettuce. Panera used to be so good and clean and now it is ran by teen clowns. I saw one pick up the unused soup bowls from the inside, getting all her hand germs inside the bowls that go out to customers, yuck! I think these youngens left their manners elsewhere and proper hygiene and cleanliness. What a shame.
