I ordered the French onion bistro soup to go and had a disappointing experience. I first asked about the sodium content and had to scan a code on my phone to check the information. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for because the print was tiny and the menu was confusingly arranged. The soup was priced at $9.45, but I would say it was more of a cup than a bowl. When I finally managed to find the sodium content, I was shocked by how high it was. The taste was overwhelmingly salty, and I couldn't detect any onion flavor at all. Overall, I felt it was overpriced and low quality, and I won’t be ordering from Panera again. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.
This was the worst experience I've had at a Panera. The wait time was incredibly long, and the customer service was disappointing. I had placed a dining-in order in advance, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Since I was now running late due to the delay, I asked the manager to switch my order to takeout. Unfortunately, he failed to communicate this to his staff, resulting in wasted time for both me and them. Additionally, he showed no acknowledgment or concern about the delays. I would not recommend this location.
Broken seats and rude staff make for a disappointing experience. This location operates quite differently from other Panera Bread restaurants I visit. They are often out of stock on ingredients that are readily available elsewhere. Coffee cups aren’t even on display—you have to flag down an employee if you’re lucky enough to get their attention. They were good before the pandemic, but now it seems like poor management has taken over.
I got Panera delivered from this location. Unfortunately I was starving and ate my grilled cheese before I remembered to take a picture of it but it was really good! Nice, crispy and cheesy, how I like it. Although, the portion is really small. I was still so hungry after. The food came pretty quick, within 45 minutes. I wish the portion size was bigger.

This is one of my favorite spots because of its cozy and tranquil ambiance. It's the perfect place to get some work done without too many interruptions. The Pick-Two option is a great deal, and the Mac and Cheese is always tasty. I also highly recommend the Toasted Frontega Chicken sandwich!
The older man at the register took my order incorrectly, and when my food arrived, the manager refused to help me. He lied and claimed they didn't have the long breads, even though I could see them right there. Shaking my head in disbelief.
Everything was delicious until my mother accidentally ate a yogurt that had expired five days earlier. We visited on January 13th.
Terribly slow, I ordered online and still waited for 15 minutes even though I arrived at the estimated ready time.

The soup was very watery, and there were no meal spoons available. The staff was also not friendly at all.
The customer service at the pickup area was among the worst I've experienced.
