While we asked if there was a written policy (document or poster anywhere in the store), they failed to provide one for us. She asked us to call Panera or Manger; they will tell you the same thing. The young man behind the counter was very patient as I took some time to decide what i wanted. My choice of the chicken and bacon flatbread was delicious! I love how he also reminded me that I can add on something sweet for .99 extra! We did have to clean off our table but other than that, it was a good experience.
Every once in a while, I like to stop by for a cup of coffee and perhaps a snack or breakfast. I enjoy having lunch there, despite the occasional busyness. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. If there was ever an issue, they promptly addressed it.

Slow service for picking up 2 items. They need more help making orders. Stay away during lunch they are super slow at making orders. Hire more help ASAP.
