I'm honestly surprised that this Panera location has a four-star rating. I've only ever done takeout here, and each time I get home, I discover that items from my order are missing. I know I should check my order before leaving, but they've confirmed with a seal that everything is included, even when I can see other takeout bags around. It’s incredibly frustrating because I live in Freehold, where there’s a Panera, but this Manalapan location is just a few minutes closer. Unfortunately, in my last four or five takeout orders, three of them had missing items. Lacey is fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with a DoorDash order. She even called DoorDash personally to ensure I received my food. If you ever encounter a problem, make sure to ask for Lacey—she's the best! She encouraged me to share my experience in a review, and although I'm not quite sure how to do that at the moment, I definitely plan to do it when I'm sober. She truly deserves recognition—Panera, you should give her a raise!
I really appreciate the warmth and hospitality of the staff, especially Julie. She is incredibly friendly and truly caring. Julie has a talent for fostering customer loyalty, making sure we all keep coming back to Paneera. Having someone like her is a tremendous asset to the restaurant. Door dash never showed up with my order. I called the Manalapan location and spoke to Juli to get a status and she apologized and offered to personally prepare and deliver my order herself. Juli arrived with my food within minutes and offered me herphone number for future orders placed through Door Dash. Juli turned a negative experience into a positive one.

I never received my order through DoorDash, so I called the Manalapan location and spoke with July. She apologized for the mix-up and offered to personally prepare and deliver my meal. Within minutes, July showed up with my food and even gave me her phone number for future DoorDash orders. She really turned a negative experience into a positive one!
I will never visit this chain restaurant again. The main salad was no bigger than a side salad. The strawberry poppy seed salad contained hardly any cut-up strawberries, and the pineapple was almost nonexistent. It's hard to believe they think this is acceptable!
That's my favorite spot! My kids really enjoy the French baguette and the mac and cheese. The highlight, though, is the friendly service we receive from Rose whenever she brings us our food. She always greets customers with a smile. Go ahead and check it out!
The food was okay. I had the chicken avocado sandwich. It tasted like it the chicken was frozen and then heated up. Food came out fast. Not my favorite place.
