I stopped by quickly for a bite to eat. The restaurant is quite clean and spacious, and the service was efficient. They have a kiosk for placing orders, which was a nice touch. The food was decent; I had the tomato soup and a Margherita flatbread. The tomatoes were sliced rather than cubed, which I guess makes it easier to manage the flatbread. The tomato soup was quite tasty! Overall, it was an okay experience.
Best customer service!! They are very helpful and courteous. I was running late to pick up an order for a relative that had just been released from the hospital and one of the employees was so kind to pay for my order since they had already closed. I'm very grateful to Frida for her generosity. Thanks to her, I was reminded that there are still good people that do things from their heart.
The prices have risen, which seems to be the case everywhere these days, but is this really what I should expect for my money? Honestly!? If I'm paying more, I expect to receive at least a decent sandwich. This has been a recurring issue at the Daly City location. And they don’t answer their phones, probably to avoid dealing with all the complaints.
The coffee at this restaurant is amazing. Although I haven't tried their sandwiches or their signature bread, I really enjoy their Panera coffee. The sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel is incredibly delicious and satisfying—it's so large that I can't wait to have another one soon! The service was impressively quick, even on a busy Sunday. I’ll definitely be returning!
I stopped by to try the pepperoni flatbread for the first time, and it was excellent—really delicious! I initially expected it to be small, but it actually looks large enough to serve two to three people. Thank you, Panera!
