At the drink station, there was trash and plastic gloves scattered about, which the staff didn’t seem to notice. When our food finally arrived, my chicken sandwich was burnt, and my husband’s salad looked like it had been hastily thrown together. To make matters worse, he received chips instead of the apple he had ordered. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. It’s unfortunate that the staff at the front didn’t pay attention to the customers or the condition of the restaurant until it got busier, as they were mostly just standing around chatting. With burnt food, a dirty dining area, and poor service, I wonder why anyone would want to return.
I ordered the sausage and scrambled egg on an Asiago bagel but instead got something smeared on ciabatta when I got home. I’m extremely disappointed. This is the second time I've ordered and paid for something only to find that I've received the wrong item or that the quality was very poor. I complained the first time, but this time I've decided to stop going to this restaurant. The food is too expensive to deal with this kind of service.
The bacon egg tomato wrap is very tasty! I also love their blueberry peach smoothie as well. Looking forward to the turkey chili this season! They get 4 stars because the last 4 trips there, the cashiers were like little robots! No friendly service. Oh well, at least the food keeps me coming back.
The Greek Yogurt with Mixed Berries Parfait had only a few pieces of granola. The Bacon, Scrambled Egg, and Cheese on Ciabatta was acceptable, but it was underseasoned. Furthermore, it was quite small considering its price.

The soup cup was only filled halfway, and the sandwich had very little turkey in it. Given the price I paid, I was really disappointed. The food itself was tasty, but the presentation didn't match the cost.
The spicy chicken sandwich was definitely overpriced for its size. The tuna sandwich also fell short, lacking enough tuna. While the food was decent, it should have been nearly perfect given the prices.
Overpriced for what you get. You could at least give a full serving of rice or filler or your cheaper ingredients. This is $12.49 and the bowl isn?t even half way full. Crazy.
I just ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt (toasted) and had it delivered. OMG!!!!!!! That is likely the best sandwich I have ever tasted! Thank you Panera you made my day!

I loved every part of the soup. It was packed with flavor, and for once, my daughter, who is usually very picky, actually ate something!
Everything was so delicious and fulfilling 100 percent worth it.
