I apologize for the unfair review, but I was quite disappointed with my experience. We used the self-service screens, and they indicated that some items were unavailable. We didn't receive a printed receipt and had to navigate the process on our own. When we approached the register, we noticed brownies that we couldn't order through the screen. Fortunately, the staff was extremely friendly and fixed our order for us. I genuinely appreciate the human interaction much more!
I've been a fan of Panera since the beginning. We ordered a selection of soups, pizzas, and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The atmosphere was cozy and clean, and the food was mostly good. However, I have to say that the pizza didn't quite live up to my expectations, though it was decent for the price. Everything else was excellent! Overall, this is definitely the best Panera in town.

I made an online order and when it was time to get nobody even saw my ticket. That was in the morning. They were so worried that they opened the store they didn't even start the app orders. This was a very unpleasant experience and do not recommend using the app in the morning no one will work on your order. The customer should always come first in my book. I requested a refund.
I paid $3.39 for a fountain drink but was met with an unexpectedly rude attitude when I simply asked for my cup. I get that managing several orders can be challenging, but it only takes a moment to help customers while they wait for their food. Meanwhile, the team lead was just standing at the register doing nothing. I won’t be coming back to Panera.
The staff at this restaurant had fantastic attitudes, and it was wonderful to see the team working so well together. The establishment was clean and well-organized. Parking can be a bit tricky, so I recommend arriving early if you want a good spot. Overall, it was a great experience!
Although it?s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing.

The staff, kitchen, and atmosphere of the restaurant were fantastic! Did you know they have a meeting room inside the café? I'm not joking! You should definitely reserve it in advance.
I haven’t had the opportunity to visit Panera Bread yet, but I work at Bayonet Point Regional Medical Center and would be thrilled if you opened a location nearby!
