This is my second visit to this restaurant's drive-thru, and both times I've ordered a green goddess Cobb salad. When I got home and opened the salad, I found that 80% of it was brown. I also asked for two extra dressings, but they were not included. When I mentioned this to the staff, they did address the issue and offered me the missing dressings. However, I am quite disappointed because this place is supposed to promote a healthy dining experience, and serving a brown salad is simply unacceptable. It feels more appropriate for rats than for people.
Got 3 kids grilled cheese, and 2 pick 2 meals. Doesn't seem like a lot. Went in the drive through and thankfully noticed before we got too far away that they forgot a half sandwich from one of the pick 2. Got home only to realize they put no chicken in the CHICKEN Baja bowl which I confirmed was on the receipt. Also, while waiting for them to correct the first mistake and get us our missing sandwich they messed up an order for a dine in guest during the 5 minutes I was waiting. For how much this place costs doubt I'll ever be back.

We have been enjoying coffee and breakfast on Sunday mornings for over four months now. The young lady at the cash register is attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. The food and coffee are delicious, and the zucchini muffins are simply the best. However, there's one issue I hope management will address: the toilet seat in the women's bathroom needs to be replaced or repaired, as it is loose and slides back and forth.

I ordered from the Panera app for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I placed my order while waiting in line at the checkout in Fry's across the street. Just as I was heading over, I received a text from Panera informing me that my order was ready. I walked in, picked up my order, and was back in my car in under 30 seconds. It was incredibly efficient and impressive!
Food has been excellent our last 3 times at carry out. However, the online description of salad and sandwich components was not the same per the folks serving the takeout window.The staff was friendly and nice, but I got the feeling they wouldn't pass-on our comments about the discrepancies we noted ... sincerely felt like we were being verbally patted on the head!
The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich is absolutely delicious! My friends ordered the grilled cheese and soup, but unfortunately, they found two strands of hair in their food. Because of that, I'm giving it 4 stars. The atmosphere of the location is also pleasant.
The restaurant did not live up to our expectations with their delivery service. The delivery person arrived at our house over 30 minutes late, despite our requested delivery time of 5:45. The food was finally delivered at 6:15.

This restaurant should consider changing its name because every time I have been here there is no bread! How can you call yourself "Panera Bread" without any bread available, not even baguettes to accompany the soups.
