I am a member of Panera Sip Club and love unlimited drinks! My favorite drink is their Charged Lemonade, Fuji Apple Cranberry w/ guarana caffeine...I grab it often using rapid pick-up and it's got a kick to it! It's plant based and 259mg of caffeine!! There are plenty of overpriced menu options, but all very delicious and fresh. I recently decided to order lunch direct thru the app and had no issues doing so. I got the delivery and it ended up being doordash. They delivered in my preferred time range. Happy with the Value Duet of half sandwich and cup soup. "The location is excellent, but the patio seating can be prone to accidents and is occasionally noisy, especially when large groups arrive with their own seating. Sometimes, people bring their own food, and hygiene practices aren't always strictly enforced. However, the staff is fantastic—there are some really great people who work here, and they are very accommodating. The menu is impressive, and the freshness of the food is consistently maintained. I absolutely love this place; it's my favorite Panera store!"
The food quality has declined significantly, especially for how overpriced they are. I wish they would use more care and quality when making the food. The bread I received (tunas sandwich bread and bread bowl) was all very hard and crumbled, not in a good way. Their soup has definitely been a hit or miss more often now. The French onion tastes heavily of soy sauce and was hard to eat. I think I just need to stop coming to Paneras all together. Save myself money and from disappointment.
Very rude host (11:00am). Three women standing in front of register very indecisive for 5 min. I asked Panera worker if I could just order a cup of coffee while waiting for these ladies. He said no. He could have asked the women if they would mind but did not. I guess Panera makes enough money that they can just turn away customers I will not go here again. Their employees perhaps to accommodate most customers.

Take out order: I was excited to try the chicken teriyaki, and sadly it soggy, lukewarm, and way too much sauce. I ordered a chocolate brownie and to my disappointment when I looked for it in my bag once I finished my lunch it was not in the bag! Service was not great. Food was not great. Overall, very disappointing experience.
The manager, Ms. Merian, is very unfriendly. She doesn't even say hello, and even when she orders, she only hands you a cup and she doesn't have any conversation. She casts a racist glare. Was very upset. Other locations very kind to the customers but this locations doesn't want to come back again.Food: 5/5
I love Panera, but the bread should have been heated. Also, I think it would be neat if they had prettier cutlery. I guess I'd prefer a disposable. I will always return for the green tea, especially since I'm on the yearly subscription for the Sip Club.
Somehow I loved panera for several resin first is silent atmosphere and cost to spend sometime with pals and food here is qualitative and coffee is really awesome . Hazelnut and decadent is my all time fav. On the pricing factor it’s a costly

Had an issue with the kiosk at the store. The DM was wonderful in helping us get our order completed! Thank you Don!Parking: There are more spots for quick pick up than handicap and it makes you have to park farther away.
