The food here is good and reasonably priced. As a vegetarian, I enjoyed the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich as part of the You Pick 2 option, paired with tomato bisque soup. My wife tried one of the newer offerings, the Chicken Bacon Rancher sandwich, along with the Ranch Cobb salad (see photo). All of our choices were delicious. We’ve been visiting this Panera location for several years now. However, the service can be inconsistent, often depending on whether a manager is present at the service counter. When there’s no manager around, the staff tends to chat among themselves, resulting in slower service. The cleanliness of the tables and booths also varies based on who is working in that area...
Rating this location due to the experience I had it was horrible places a mobile order at 11:35 so I had time on my break to eat and pickup I get there and everyone’s frustrated and waiting for mobile orders .. the people who are sitting and eating getting served before us horrible experience we all asked whyAnd in total waited 48 minutes for a mobile order in storeI just left the store at 12:42 after waiting over an hour in total for them to make a sandwich… 1 item
The cashier Emily was very delightful. I wanted to try the charge sip beverage for the first time. She realized It was my first time, and offered me to try all the flavors. Truly personalizing my experience, and the team working alongside her was just as pleasant. Sat in the café, and the good customer experience was just as consistent for everyone else that came it.
Normally have great Panera experience, this was not! Homeless people outside panhandling, my order was wrong, my soup was cold, and it took 15 minutes to get a 1/2 sandwich. Won’t be back

This is a great spot for breakfast or a light lunch or dinner. However, if you're feeling hungry during lunch or dinner, keep in mind that the portion sizes are on the smaller side.
I just picked up breakfast and had the best experience! The service from Olivia was fast and friendly. The food was good and the place was busy. Definitely will be back!
The food was delicious, but it was served in a messy manner. Additionally, they overlooked the bacon on my macaroni several times when I ordered online.
Food is good, Panera standard. The building itself is so run down and disgusting. Really needs a deep clean. Don't even dare to use the bathrooms.
