Panera has really gone downhill. The pick2 is now $12 tax. What used to be a great Greek salad is now a smaller version of a poor imitation of a Greek salad. The lettuce was not green, looked like butts of iceberg, No more kalamatta olives, replaced with tiny green olives, barely any dressing. Oh- and no longer provide lemon wedges for water. It's sad to see so many businesses continuing to compromise the quality of their brand. The reasons for cutbacks during the pandemic were understandable but the pandemic has been over for a long time now. Many companies are still using it as an excuse for poor quality, poor customer service and more. I guess I'll limit my Panera visits for the occasiona...
Ordered for delivery when it got delivered it wasn’t my order I called Panera bc the doordash person’s phone number was out of service was told they can’t do anything. Went to go take back the order and get mine when I got to the counter the staff was talking about me and being rude. Probably will never order from there again since the Manager was talking about me the most. So unprofessional.
Most of the time the coffee is out and have to go get someone to fill the coffee and the creamers. For a coffee shop this should be maintain better. The tables and chairs most of the time need clean, think with covid still out there this would be on the list of things to do. They also need to have more than one person working the register, sometime the line is to the door.
I wasn't satisfied with anything during my visit. I received the wrong order, and even after I brought it up, they still gave me the incorrect item. It's ok if you like high price food and beverages, I had a half chipotle chicken and avocado melt , bag of chips and a small black coffee and it cost almost 13 dollars. The tiny half sandwich was good but could of had more flavor and so was the bag of chip and the black coffee.
The atmosphere is very enjoyable, and the drink subscription is definitely worth it, especially if you visit a few times each month. I've noticed many people come here just to use the WiFi for studying or working on their laptops.
Manager Mike is incredible! Seriously, he deserves a raise. The staff was friendly and eager to assist.
