There is a problem in this location, I think.. Hicksville location is much more professional.. Is every branch franchised? Or company operated? Whenever I go this East Meadow location, there is a line because either there is one cashier or none !!! The cashier does his/her job and also other duties like preparing pick up orders etc. Even if I order online to pick up, when I go inside, I wait on the line to pick up my order.. If I order drinks online, the cups are not ready to pick up either. And this is like this more than 5 months. Very disappointing... Very disorganized place... Sometimes we get wrong orders... We say no bacon, and we get back... I argued with my wife a lot because I didn'...
I love paneras french onion soup, but the last 4 or 5 times I've ordered food from there they forgot the cheese and croutons for it so it ends up just being an expensive bowl of onion broth. Almost every time my family orders from there they forget someones sandwich or give us something other than what we ordered. Be warned, if you are ordering food from here and plan to take it home to eat you need to physically take every item out of the bag and unwrap every sandwich to inspect everything while you are still in the restaurant unless you feel like having to drive back there to fix your order while the rest of your food gets cold at home. This place seems to suffer from extreme incompetence...
The whole point of RAPID PICK UP is so that you do not have to wait in line that's why it's called a rapid pick up. Everytime I come to this location they have one associate at the register who is responsible for ringing people up in addition to hanging off and making the drinks for the rapid pick ups which isn't fair to the associate or the customer. If you're going to have RAPID PICK UPS behind the counter to prevent thefts (at least that's what they told me) then have someone else up there handing off the RAPID PICK UPS so that we don't have to wait. It's that simple. So annoying and irritating. As someone who works in customer service this is terrible customer service.
Decided to give it ago . After a long break . My $15.50 barbeque grilled chicken salad was like half size of a wendys . My lol 9$ bowl of chilli looks like its in a good humor ice cream cup 'minus the wooden spoon. Looks like a vegetable minestorne withnothing but broth and like 10 beans . Pretty sad that wendys you get more and has taste . Wendys is half the price . I dont seehow their around still . What soup in a loaf of bread is healthy . Tuna salad floating in mayo . The restaurant charges NYC/San Francisco prices for a tea spoon of meat on the sandwich, making it worse than Chipotle in terms of price to portion size. The sandwiches are small and expensive, with orders frequently being mixed up. The sandwiches often come out with missing ingredients and lacking in proper filling. It is surprising that Panera is still in business, considering the high prices and lack of quality. Customers often pay extra for additional items and still do not receive them. The soup portions are also disappointing. Overall, it would be better to visit a diner or deli for a better dining experience.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The Cobb salad was very small and was lacking in chicken, avocado, and eggs. Even the dressing was not very generous. The Napa almond chicken salad was mostly bread and not very satisfying. The meal ended up costing me $48.00. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
I like this Panera Bread location, so when I had friends over, we decided to order delivery. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when my order arrived because I was given the wrong salad. Instead of the Citrus Asian Crunch salad that I had ordered, I received the Asian Sesame Salad.

Each time I go here I've noticed the staff at this location always informs you if you have an offer on your rewards to use so that you don't lose out whether it's a free bagel the $1 discount or anything else.
