I ordered lunch for delivery but never received my order. When I called, the person on the phone suggested that I cancel it with DoorDash, but I had actually placed the order through the Panera website. I had already paid for delivery and tip. Although he offered to deliver the food himself, we decided to go and pick it up instead. I ended up losing the delivery fee and tip, but he did offer two complimentary cookies. Overall, I have no complaints.
Today, my boys and I went out for breakfast. After we finished, my son accidentally threw something away, but he didn't realize it until about 10 minutes later. When we returned to the restaurant, we spoke with Jason, who informed us that the garbage had been changed. He and Sierra were kind enough to search through it and found what we needed. This is what I call excellent customer service! I can't thank you enough for your help.
I’d like to give a shout out to Terry, he’s worked for Panera for a long time and he has always been great. Anytime I’ve interacted with him he always has a smile and is so helpful. It’s nice to have someone who enjoys helping customers! Thanks for everything Panera Danvers!
Very cozy. I wish I had known earlier in the winter that there was a roaring fireplace! Great coffee and tea too. Excellent value especially if you have a coffee card.
Food is good, staff is nice and restaurant has been clean thus far. However, feels somewhat overpriced. It's counter food at sit-down restaurant prices.
