As soon as we entered, the cashier welcomed us warmly. We felt a bit indecisive about our orders, but ultimately settled on the soup and sandwich combo, which we always enjoy. I spotted a tempting dessert in the display case, but since it wasn’t available by the slice, we chose cookies instead. They were so delightful that I'm still savoring them two days later!
My spouse thoroughly enjoyed her sandwich and soup, while I found my sandwich somewhat lacking. However, the soup—a hot chicken and wild rice variety—was absolutely fantastic on its own. I added a bit of Tabasco sauce to give it a little kick.

I can't understand how a corporate meeting takes place in the dining area while customers are trying to enjoy their meals or get some work done. A poor woman asked for some flexibility as she was finishing her studies and trying to improve herself, but it seems this organization doesn't prioritize professional development. The food isn’t great, and the coffee is only just passable. The highlights of the menu are the soup, salad, quiche, and smoothies. Additionally, there are only a limited number of seats with electrical outlets, most of which are at the bar stools in the middle of the restaurant.
I had the worst meal ever at Panera. I ordered the Asian Citrus salad with chicken, and the chicken was filled with veins, inedible fatty pieces, and soggy skin. To make matters worse, it was all dark meat, while every other salad I’ve had here has always contained white meat. I didn’t even eat a quarter of it because I was worried about getting sick from the poor quality of the chicken.
My wife specifically ordered a tuna salad sandwich, but she was given a chicken salad sandwich instead. When we tried to get the correct order, the lady at the register started insulting us, saying she heard "chicken salad" repeatedly, despite the fact that my wife doesn't even like chicken salad. This was terrible service and a very unprofessional demeanor from one of the employees.

I visited this location for the first time and found it to be very modern. They offer computer ordering in addition to having staff available to take orders. The atmosphere is pleasant, featuring a functioning fireplace. It's also the first place I've seen that has a drive-thru.
I always have a wonderful experience at this restaurant, both with the food and the service. There was a minor mistake with one of my orders, but Andrea was incredibly kind and went out of her way to assist me. This level of customer service is what keeps me coming back.
The drive-thru was incredibly slow; I waited 30 minutes to reach the front, only to be advised that it would be better to order inside. I ended up backing out, parking, and placing my order inside. It makes you wonder why they even have a drive-thru in the first place.
Panera needs to do a better job with their portion control. They charge you $15 for lunch and give you 2 pieces of chicken in your sandwich. It is really frustrating because the taste is usually good but the portion for the price is very unreasonable.

I ordered a Baja bowl, but it seems they were out of bowls. Instead of using a salad container, they put my meal in a soup bowl. Anything but that would have worked. My lunch is ruined.
The food is decent, but the orange scone is absolutely incredible!
