Normally, this location is good but today, not so much. Ordered delivery for a specific time so I could enjoy a hot meal at work at lunch time and they sent it 45 minutes early. Fine. Ordered half a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Received a cup of soup. Ill eat the $1 or 2. The baguette was exceptionally small, and they ripped the bottom out- thanks for sending just the crust of the tiny baguette slice you gave me. Ordered a smoothie and it looks right but it was spilled all over the plastic bag they put it in. No straw, no spoon, no napkins. For $25 for those 3 things, I would expect a complete and correct order that I dont have to clean up BEFORE enjoying it. Not happy. Do better.
I haven’t had any problems with my food or drinks like some others have mentioned. Since I live nearby, I often walk over to grab something. I got two fresh bagels and some Sip Club drinks and was very satisfied.
Kid-friendly: They offer a kids’ menu and have seating arrangements to accommodate families.
Parking: There’s a parking garage and side street parking available, though one side is limited to 15 minutes. Paid parking for longer stays is available across the street.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has a walkway that allows easy access for wheelchairs.
Food is always good. Wifi great........except they do not allow you to use a VPN on it in the restaurant. They do not have a great PRIVACY on your email and credit card use in Ebay purchases. DO NOT USE ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS OR CHECK BANK BALANCES IN HERE! One employee here is very nosy on people who use their personal laptop and talk on phone or use of smartphone. Be a bit cautious on nosy employees here. I never get this bad environment at the Walmart Crossgates Panera. This is why it gets 2 stars!
Stunningly bad service at this location. Cashier and food prep worker were all over each other while other food prep lady bragged about her private life. Order was wrong TWICE in MULTIPLE different ways. As I left, after going back for a missing chicken sandwich, I heard the food prep lady get angry that she wouldn't have anything free to eat tonight (now that I came back for my sandwich). She had set it aside by her personal belongings. Food was fine.

I went here with a few friends of mine. While I ordered a chocolate chip bagel with cream cheese on it, they ordered a mac and cheese which both delighted and filled them up. My bagel made me happy, as well. The service was prompt, the atmosphere was just like every other Panera I've ever been to accept that I was listening to music in this one whereas in other panera's music was not permitted.
It was around 10:30 am when we went. They were out of latte. I wasn't particularly happy that we needed to heat up our cinnamon roll ourselves in a microwave. We then had an asian salad for lunch. (We were waiting for a relative to come out of surgery at Albany Med) That salad was very good. Great flavor, chicken was good and the dressing was great.
We've had good experiences of fresh, tasty food and friendly service from this location. The motivation for today's review, though is a very kind manager dedicated to fixing an order mixup. I was very moved by his willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Jay Ryan!
I’ve been to Panera Bread many times, and the food is consistently excellent. What stands out most, though, is the staff—they make you feel right at home. They’re friendly, efficient, and always wear a smile. Hats off to the manager!

Worker with the green highlights/hair took her sweet time (50+ mins) to finish our order after she took care of customers who came AFTER us. Bathrooms are now keypad locked and require a worker to unlock per customer.
