I 'm a regular at the Hadley store. I recommend Panera with a few caveats: They have trouble keeping ingredients in stock. If you order after 6:00 pm they 're often out of things. They do stupid stuff like give you a baguette with a sandwich b/c you ordered soup. When they 're out of stuff, they give you nasty little red delicious apples, even if you ask them not to. If you order to-go, you watch your meal going cold as it sits in the kitchen area, not where you can retrieve it. They will try to sell you leftover bread after 6:00. They 'll tell you they 're out of the bread you want while standing in front of a rack of it. You can 't have any b/c that 's for tomorrow. And the prices are too...

My friend and I have been going to this Panera together for lunch dates for years now. We always love the food and the staff is helpful and kind. My friend is a type 1 diabetic and today they had a low blood sugar and fainted in the restaurant. A very kindperson in line ran to help and someone from behind the counter quickly gave them an orange juice to give my friend to help inthat scary moment. we?re both very grateful for the help of that person the the employee!! ????
I ordered soup from the restaurant, and to my shock, I found a tooth floating in it. We spoke with the manager, who did refund part of our order, but nobody offered an apology. One employee even suggested it might be a rock, but it was clearly a tooth. Other customers who came over to look at it agreed that it was indeed a tooth. We were quite disappointed with our catering order of over 20 sandwiches. The quality was nowhere near that of the individually ordered sandwiches. They were barely filled, leaving us mostly with bread and very little protein or vegetables. Considering the amount of money we spent, this was truly disappointing. I paid $18 for a half sandwich, soup, and a fountain drink. When I inquired about the soup options, the cashier simply pointed to a wall of text where the selections were listed—quite overwhelming. Also, what’s the deal with the charged lemonades? Who is this bizarre marketing aimed at? The soup and sandwich were just mediocre. I think I'm done with Panera.
I purchased lunch at Panera Bread today, and it was delivered by Uber Eats. The food was really good and pricing was reasonable. The order was accurate and arrived on time. Went for breakfast while my dog was in the groomer. This was around 10 am. The place was almost empty, clean therefore service was fast. There is plenty of space to seat and I don't imagine this to be an issue at peak time. Love the seating in front offireplace. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The food was quite good, although the sandwich was stacked a bit too high, making it hard to take a bite. However, the young woman at the front counter, who had maroon hair pulled back in a ponytail and wore glasses, was incredibly friendly and professional.
