Yesterday, I ordered a latte at this restaurant, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The first cup I received was overly diluted with milk, had no foam on top, and was lukewarm. When I voiced my concerns, the cashier agreed to make me another one. The second cup was an improvement, with a better temperature and some foam, but the espresso-to-milk ratio was still off.
However, when I received the second cup, the cashier handed it to me with an attitude, labeling it as "extra hot," even though I had simply asked for the right temperature. I wish I could give zero stars, but since one is the minimum, here it goes. My sister had a terrible experience today at the Panera in Rockville Center, and corporate really needs to step in because this is unacceptable! The food and drinks are great, but the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. My rapid pickup orders are never ready in the designated area, forcing me to wait in line to retrieve my order. When I finally addressed this issue, I was told, "You weren't waiting that long." When I asked for the employee's name, he refused to provide it. I then requested to speak to a manager, and he dismissed my concerns by saying, "Now you're acting ridiculous. I helped you."...
I really enjoy Panera Bread, and whenever I'm nearby and hungry, I make it a point to stop by. I was pleased with my experience here; everything was prepared quickly, just the way I like it, especially the hot soup and salad. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking available behind the building.
The prices are outrageous! I won't be ordering from here again. The family-sized mac and cheese only offered about 2 to 2.5 servings. My order included three small drinks, a half salad, a half sandwich, and the family-sized mac and cheese, and it all came to nearly one hundred dollars before tipping. Absolutely ridiculous!

The cashiers at Panera Bread are outstanding! The quality of the food on the menu is excellent. It’s clear that everyone in the kitchen works diligently to deliver fast and top-notch service. Additionally, a staff member frequently checks the seating area to keep it clean and well-maintained.
The coffee, soups, and breads at Panera Bread are consistently delicious. We sampled the breakfast menu, and the egg and bacon sandwiches were outstanding. However, the restaurant’s cleanliness could be better, as the tabletops were dirty and there were crumbs on the floor even at 10 a.m.
Overall: The cost is way too high for the amount of food you get. My Caesar half salad turned out to be more like a quarter salad once I took out all the croutons piled on top. Definitely not worth the price.
I absolutely love Panera Bread! They have the best soups and sandwiches. The broccoli soup is especially delicious.

Everything was good, but they didn’t provide enough salad dressing to cover the entire salad.
The salad and cucumber were not fresh at all. I would rate that experience as poor.
