This is the only Panera Bread location in all of New Brunswick, but unfortunately, the management doesn't seem to uphold the quality of service the brand is known for. For example, I noticed a world map on the coffee bar that was stained with coffee, and there was no coffee available until I asked a waitress to get some. She appeared to be in a bad mood and seemed oblivious to the customers around her. When I inquired about the price of the cheese bread, she curtly responded, "Our store is small; we don't have that." I then ordered a cinnamon roll and a bagel, but she carelessly tossed a bagel at me that I didn't even want. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.
Overall, my experience with the food was enjoyable. However, I stayed late to study, and instead of just letting us know that the restaurant was closing, they turned off the lights for all the customers. It felt quite disrespectful, particularly since everyone there was a student trying to focus on their work. I'm sure if they had simply communicated that they were closing, people would have left without issue. This incident occurred today, October 12th.
The Mediterranean veggie sandwich and the 10 Vegetable soup were both delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff preparing the food seemed to be wearing appropriate masks. However, I noticed that the cashier was not wearing a mask and wasn't being careful when handling the pastries. There are customers who are concerned about food safety, which is why I can't give a full 5 stars.
Every single one of our orders was wrong. I asked for a vegetarian soup, but got one with meat instead. I ordered two servings of broccoli cheddar mac and cheese, but instead received two small portions of regular mac and cheese. The sandwich had the ingredients carelessly stacked on just one side of the bread. I would give this experience a 0 out of 10.

This is my favorite place for tasty café food—everything is bursting with flavor. I can't wait to come back with my coworkers. The atmosphere here is really pleasant. It's a bit far from my office, which is a shame, but it's definitely worth the trip!
This place is a disappointment! The prices are absurdly high for such a small portion of soup—it looks more like a serving meant for a baby. Was the water really that expensive?!
Dropped in on Mon I think. The staff was helpful and kind. The place has a great atmosphere. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.
Our top picks are the broccoli cheddar soup and the macaroni and cheese. My grandson really enjoys the smoothies too.
