I ordered lunch for delivery with a few coworkers and didn't initially realize that delivery orders go through Door Dash. It makes everything quite a bit more expensive with convenience fees, delivery fee, tip, etc. The delivery driver didn't deliver an ordered latte. The rest of the food was still good and warm. I called the store and the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation even though it was likely the DD driver at fault. Absolutely a shining example of customer service x100! Panera coffee in general isn't my favorite, but caffeine was in dire need today and the manager at the KoP store today saved the day. Counterstaff ordered the wrong soup but when I went to pick it up it was barely lukewarm. I went back to the counter to ask they could heat it up they said no go use the microwave in the dining room an offer to replace the soup with the hot food should have been given to me for the amount of money that a bowl of soup cost in this place it was very poor quality and service. I'm not going to ever go back to this place specially if I have to go and heat up my own food this place is a joke.
The management really care about the customers. Received excellent customer service tonight by the manager (Holton I might be misspelling his name or heard it incorrectly when I asked) went and above and beyond for me not only because he works there but because he cares! and it was greatly appreciated as I was having a tough day. This is my favorite Panera to visit and will continue to be so because of people who work there and delicious healthy food!!
Been very disappointed in my visits to Paneras lately. Low and Behold, I found the one I remembered. The Paneras on Allendale Road in King of Prussia was excellent. It was clean, Vincent handled our order with courtesy and clarity. Our order was correct, fresh and delicious. I wish it was closer to my residence because they have been a big disappointment. Set up now for checking yourself out. I got lucky that the delivery boy was just ready to leave and was able to take our order. We bought two of the specials, however I changed my soup. I did not realize it was going to be $4 extra. Food was typical of a Panera bread
Had a great Asian Crunch chicken salad with a cup of Broccoli Cheddar soup. Great choice for pick 2. Definitely a large meal. Great flavors. Panera Bread at King of Prussia is great. Vincent was very helpful and friendly. Good veteran appreciation. Thanks
Horrible, waited in line for 20 minutes at 7 pm and they were out of mostly all items an setting up for close when not supposed to close until 9 pm manager an staff are VERY RUDE AND I WILL NEVER COME TO ANOTHER PANERA AFTER MY EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!

Clean restaurant, pleasant staff. Soup was good, grilled cheese toasted nice but the cheese wasn't melted at all.
