My recent experience at Panera was a little underwhelming. In a few words, it lacked in value for the portion sizes and wait time. As reference, I visited around 2PM Sunday. There was less foot traffic due to Blue Laws. I arrived when no one else wasordering. I had ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, Broccoli Cheddar Mac Cheese. This combo came with a free bag ofchips. I also ordered the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and an Orange Scone. The total came out to approximately $20. We arrivedaround 2PM and our food arrived about 30 minutes later. The wait was pretty abnormal and the tables weren't clean, with crumbsand salt everywhere. You would overhear the voices of dissatisfied customers...
I placed my order through my phone and picked it up without any issues. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had forgotten my sandwich. I returned to the restaurant and informed the cashier about the missing item. While I acknowledge that I should have spoken to the manager first, I was taken aback by the cashier's initial reaction. Instead of apologizing, she asked if I had eaten the sandwich. I found that question to be utterly ridiculous. Why would I waste my time over a sandwich that's only the size of my fist? This response was highly unprofessional, and as a result, I won't be coming back. This place was terrible.
While I was waiting for my food, I witnessed the staff engage in a loud argument filled with profanity, and the general manager did not step in at all. He asked one of the employees to take care of an order, but she dismissed him with a scoff, telling him to ask someone else. Later, this same employee carelessly tossed customers' food bags towards them while looking at us with obvious disdain. I'm sorry, but her dreadful attitude is completely unacceptable. She does not belong in a customer service role, as she reflects very poorly on this establishment!
Back numerous times since the resumption of inside dining now that covid restrictions have eased. Still the same great selection of soup, sandwiches and lunch specials. Good variety of salads and soups. Yummy baked goods. My current favorite is the Greek salad and tomato soup value duet combo for $6.99. Counter or kiosk ordering, They used to deliver to the table but stopped that during Covid. Kudos to the working manager, Arun, who keeps the orders flowing smoothly. I recently went to the restaurant for lunch with my son and ordered a soup along with half a flatbread topped with fresh mozzarella and tomato. If you're a fan of flatbread, you'll appreciate what I got, but unfortunately, it wasn't what I expected. I returned it to the manager, who was nice enough to offer to make a new one. However, it seemed like they didn't fully grasp the dish, as my order had more arugula than tomato and mozzarella. In the end, I had to throw it away. I don't plan on going back to this restaurant.
I felt a bit disappointed with the young girl who took my order. I was using a gift card, and she seemed frustrated when I was unsure how to use it. However, despite that, my overall experience was quite positive. My order arrived promptly, and both team managers working on Monday, January 17, 2022, were fantastic. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. Their cheerful attitudes truly made my visit to this location enjoyable.
Food os good, the young lady at the register is very pleasant. I placed a pick up order on 2/25/2022 my order was not correct when I arrived home no big deal called Panera manager stated I would be accommodated when I returned.. I returned on 3/14/2022 I was accommodated but the order was wrong AGAIN! I was supposed to get a Chicken Caesar salad but the same as last time no chicken.. My kids love the pizza so will return please get it right next time
The service was outstanding, and our food came out promptly. The restaurant was notably clean. However, my only issue was the volume of the music and the somewhat irritating playlist. While popular music is fine, it was just too loud. It made it hard to engage in conversation with my companions, and after all, this is a restaurant, not a retail space. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They were our of bread bowl, which is what I was looking forward to with my soup. Otherwise I rant enjoyed my meal! I love the fact that the order pickup shelves are alphabetized!!!
