If you haven't signed up for the Sip Club, what in the world are you waiting for? It has paid for itself ten times over! Being able to get a refill every few hours, is super helpful for those of us who travel. This location is in a very convenient location with ample parking. Love the patio they have outside as well. Every employee we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Can't speak to food quality as we didn't eat here, but all soda, coffee, tea and flavored drinks were in stock. The entire store and bathrooms were also very clean!
The menu is confusing. For example, I chose Pick 2 thinking there was a single price for 1/2 Greek salad and 1/2 Turkey sandwich. However the price is just added together. So that was $12 for food that was average at best. The Cobb Chicken salad is $8.69. In my opinion this food is very overpriced for a self serve restaurant. Most tables had dirty dishes on them. Panera Bread used to be a reliable choice when looking for an option to fast food but I don 't plan to ever eat there again.
The service at this restaurant could be better. We intended to dine in but ended up receiving our food to go instead. It is important for the staff to pay closer attention to the needs and preferences of their customers.
First time here. Food is good but expensive. I added a tip only because I did not know you had to seat yourself, get your own drink, and pick up your own food. For what did I give a tip?Food: 3/5

I like the soups at Panera. It's hard to find a place in town that serves good soup, and such a variety of options. Soup and half a sandwich. Delicious.
margarita has taken care of me and fulfilled my order. that was delicious. margarita offers exceptional service. I'm back. sandwich was delicious!
to honor my father, I have nothing negative to say about panera. their small makkaroni bowls with avocado were delicious. food: 4/5
