Everytime I order curbside I ended up having to go inside just to see my food sitting cold. Ontop if they the employees make up a lame excuse cause and act like they’re offended I asked why my food wasn’t brought out! Atleast 5 employees just standing around doing nothing. They say a curbside order aside, not even for pickup but behind the counter and the recipe celsrly says curbside ! I hit the “im here button” and got all email saying the food was being brought out. But for some reason it never did once again
Steak and cheese ? More like steak and soggy bread.... This is literally disgusting where is the cheese ? I paid my good money for a good sandwich ....not for this stuff that was half burnt. There isn 't even any steak and the manager said that the bread was made too big and it made the meat look too small regardless he should 've put more cheese and onions and basically more of the sandwich. I am absolutely revolted about this experience and I need something done about this situation.
I'm giving this 3 stars only because of a history of reliable service and good food. However, 3 of our last 4 carryout orders have been wrong. The first two had the wrong soup so we checked the soup this time only to find the salad was wrong. Ordered Greek. What we got was chopped white ends of romaine, including two stem ends, with a sprinkle of parm and croutons. (Ceasar? Could have done better at home for less work.
I ordered box punches and salads for the delivery of panera bread in beltsville, md a few days ago. they have made a great job! simple online order (also with tax exemption large customer service, ordering was exactly what I expected, food tasted super and each box was marked. all love it! I made my job so much easier. thanks to all at panera! great job!
I have allergies on tree nuts and they have kindly recorded that when I order the strawberry salad that usually comes with pecans. the pizza is very large and delicious. not complaining. vegetarian options: broccoli cheddar cheese soup is amazing. they also have other things, but that remains in my mind.
Low quality service. Employees can use some training on customer service . Place is deteriorating in cleanliness and service .don’t place the app to order because , it will be marked ready but you will show up on the counter and food won’t be there .
Always clean, always consistent. Love the monthly coffee subscription and the Tuesday bagel special. Favorite current sandwich is the chicken chipotle. Wish they would bring back the roast beef, horseradish, on Asiago bread.
the lobster roll and the strawberry summer salad were delicious and the portions are large, so it is perfect to be divided by two.
Always out of Bread bowls. Who runs out of bread bowls. Bread is in your name.
